TubeCraft SMP is primarily a showcase site for administrator-managed content and external links/embeds (such as YouTube). We do not offer public user accounts and we do not build visitor profiles.

TubeCraft SMP does not ask public visitors to submit personal information to use the site. There are:

• No marketing signup forms
• No advertising trackers
• No analytics profiling (e.g., Google Analytics)

3. Admin-Only Content

The only information stored in the system is content manually entered by administrators, such as:

• Creator profiles
• Video links / embeds
• Logos / banners / images
• Season and server details

Public visitors are not required to submit information to browse the site.

4. Hosting & Server Logs

The website is hosted by Hamster Systems on servers physically located in Canada. The website was created in the United Kingdom by Charley Q at Hamster Systems.

Like most websites, the web server may generate standard technical logs for security and reliability (for example, to investigate errors or block abuse). These may include:

• IP address and request details (typically retained temporarily)
• Error logs
• System and performance logs

These logs are not used to build visitor profiles or for advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

The website may link to or embed content from third-party services, including:

• YouTube (video embeds/links)
• Google Forms (applications)

These services may collect information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control how third parties collect or use data.

6. Team Location

Although the website is hosted in Canada, the main development team is located in England. This does not change how the site handles data, as we do not request personal data for public browsing.
